How do parents/family members access TouchNet?
To access TouchNet, your student must grant you as an authorized user. As an authorized user, parents/family members will receive email notifications of new billing statements, view and print billing statements, make online payments, and gain access to the eBill system by logging into TouchNet.

Registration Status
You will be notified of your registration status by e-mail or text message throughout the process. Steps that you must complete as the Student and the status of your application will be highlighted in yellow in your Profile in https://uconn.dualenroll.com/.
Failed Registration
Should you receive an email regarding enrollment failure, please contact the UConn Early College Experience Office to resolve the issue. Students who do not meet the requirements will not be eligible to participate in the program.
Add or Drop
You may log into your https://uconn.dualenroll.com/ account between August 23, 2021 – October 6, 2021 to ADD an additional UConn course or to DROP a course if your schedule has changed.

If the email address is correct, you should see your student’s name appear on the connection request rather than their email address.
