How to opt out of paperless billing on Mercy Health?

To opt out of digital statements, log into your Mercyhealth MyChart account. click the menu button at the top left-hand corner of your screen. scroll down to the billing section and select “manage paperless billing”. click the green button that says “receive paper statements”.
